COVID-19 Operational Changes

The City of Allen is working to expand services previously impacted by COVID-19.  Opening dates for some facilities are yet to be determined (TBD). Please follow current CDC guidance when visiting any City facility.

City and county governments are restricted from creating or enforcing localized mask mandates in place of the statewide order which ended March 10. Individual businesses and other entities may set and enforce their own COVID-19 protocols and may refuse service to customers who do not comply.

The City of Allen is committed to helping everyone access City services, and will not turn away any visitor as we continue doing our part to keep COVID-19 cases in check. We will also continue virtual and contact-free options such as library curbside pickup, online bill pay, online ticket/fine payment, virtual inspections and other services to support our community.

Real-time COVID-19 data will continue to be posted on our COVID-19 dashboard to support residents and businesses as they make choices regarding the safety of themselves and their patrons.
